Job Description:
Basware is seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position with a part-time schedule, the Online Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve conflicts - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and development - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards - Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and report on customer service metrics - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively - Proficient in online customer service platforms and technologies - Experience with research and presentation skills - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
