Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


KONE Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, persuasive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about KONE products, services, and solutions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service best practices


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong persuasion skills - Excellent teamwork abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
