Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Remedy Entertainment is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess strong planning and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and updates on orders or shipments. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 4. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
