Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Bittium is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and energetic, with a strong ability in cooperation and negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Assist with other duties as needed to support the customer service team

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Adaptable and energetic personality - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills
