Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Neste is seeking an Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and account management - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate team for resolution - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and promote customer satisfaction - Utilize data and analytics to analyze customer behavior and trends, and suggest improvements to enhance customer success - Assist in developing and maintaining online customer support resources and documentation

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms - Experience in e-commerce or online customer service is a plus
