Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Monitor customer feedback and proactively reach out to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience - Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive strategic planning and innovation - Create engaging content to educate customers on product features and updates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Hardworking attitude with a passion for helping customers - Energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
