Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

M-Files, a leading software company based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses a strong understanding of customer relationship management in an online setting.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. - Provide timely and effective support to customers via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. - Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and product development. - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. - Monitor and report on customer success metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in an online environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptability and the ability to work independently. - Critical thinking and analytical skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
