Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


10Monkeys, a leading educational technology company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a skilled Online Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Onboard new customers, providing them with the necessary training and resources to maximize their experience with our products - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success initiatives


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent with a strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to negotiate effectively and manage time efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
