Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Glue Collaboration is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The Online Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers by providing exceptional support and service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online channels to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address customer inquiries and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify trends and patterns - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in training and development programs to stay current on product updates and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in online customer engagement platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
