Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description: Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, analytical, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online channels - Understand client needs and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and optimize the customer experience - Assist in the implementation and testing of new features within our platform - Contribute to the development of training materials for clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of social media advertising is a plus
