Responsibilities: - Managing and supervising a team of online customer support representatives - Overseeing and optimizing online customer service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Developing and implementing strategies to improve online customer support processes and efficiency - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for product and service enhancements - Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics related to online customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in online customer support or a related role - Proven track record of managing a team of customer support representatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong research skills and emotional intelligence
