Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at Qt Group. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As an Online Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support for our online platforms and products - Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and improve our services - Creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles - Demonstrating emotional intelligence and leadership qualities when dealing with difficult or escalated customer situations - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals and KPIs - Adapting to changes in policies, procedures, and technology to provide the best possible support experience for our customers
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and leadership qualities - Proficiency with online support tools and platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work part-time hours with potential for remote work
