Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Varjo, a leading technology company based in Turku, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through email, chat, and phone communication channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and future reference

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
