Job Description:
F-Secure is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, resilient, and possess strong presentation and planning skills. As an Online Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone communication channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with account management and product inquiries - Collaborate with other teams to escalate issues and provide timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of computer systems and software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be reliable, resilient, and demonstrate strong presentation and planning skills
