Sensible 4, a leading autonomous driving software company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers - Identifying customer trends and providing feedback to improve processes and services - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
