Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Seriously Digital Entertainment is seeking an Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess a resourceful and driven personality. In addition, the candidate should have strong research skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find creative solutions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Conduct research to gather information and address customer queries effectively - Assist with projects and tasks as assigned by the Online Customer Support Manager

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support - Resourceful and driven personality - Strong research skills - Leadership qualities - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
