Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and independent Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, no specific years of experience are required, but one year of relevant experience is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via online chat, email, and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback related to their experience with Hilton - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative and providing guidance to customers


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using online chat systems and email platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs


Personality traits: - Reliable: Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer support and meet deadlines - Independent: Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without constant supervision
