Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Basware is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and energetic, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
