Job Description:

Altia, a leading Nordic alcoholic beverage company, is seeking a driven and reliable Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position is suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of strategic planning to ensure customer satisfaction and cooperation with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
