Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Infinited Fiber Company is seeking a highly motivated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through our live chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information. This position is part-time and entry level, with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Assist customers with placing orders and navigating our online store. 5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service. 7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services. 8. Monitor chat metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other digital communication tools.
