Online Live Chat Associate

GrainSense is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat on our website - Resolve customer issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and report any trends or patterns in customer inquiries to improve service delivery - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient attitude to handle a fast-paced and demanding customer service environment - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and customers - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in real-time - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Fluency in English and Finnish is required
