Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Tamturbo in Turku, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. With over 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience. 5. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Implement best practices for online live chat communication and customer service. 7. Train and mentor new team members on chat processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online live chat management. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using chat software and customer service tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
