Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description: Paptic, a sustainable packaging solutions company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and online chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall chat experience - Monitor chat performance and provide regular reports on key performance indicators - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction - Train and mentor junior chat agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements: - Proven experience in online chat management and customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Confidence in handling difficult situations and providing solutions - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Commitment to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility - Hardworking personality with a strong sense of initiative
