Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Solita is looking for a passionate and adaptable Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. In this entry-level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will be driven, have excellent communication skills, and possess strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. - Identify and escalate any technical issues or concerns to the appropriate team members. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for online chat support.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues. - Critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer problems. - Leadership qualities to take charge of situations when necessary.
