Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description: IQM Quantum Computers is looking for a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and address any issues they may have - Research and investigate customer inquiries to provide accurate and timely responses - Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and response time

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong research and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems
