Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our online chat platform to provide real-time assistance and support - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and navigation of our website - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Work closely with the sales team to drive online sales through chat interactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Proven experience in a customer service role - Ability to negotiate effectively and pay attention to detail - Experience with online chat platforms and customer service software - Knowledge of basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms - Must be able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
