Job description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Online Support Assistant to join our team at Fortum in Turku, Finland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our online customers and users.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online platforms, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless online experience for our customers. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor and analyze online customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement in our online services. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to enhance performance and service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in online customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 6. Independent and confident with excellent decision-making skills. 7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
