Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and adaptable Online Support Assistant to join our team at Tamturbo in Espoo, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online clients. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via online chat, email, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience - Monitor and analyze online customer feedback to improve services - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong presentation and communication skills - Resourceful and adaptable nature - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
