Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Sensible 4 is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing online support to our customers, assisting with technical issues, answering inquiries, and resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our online platform - Working closely with the development team to escalate and resolve technical issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Contributing to the development and implementation of new support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or online support role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
