Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Support Associate to join our team at Ponsse in Vantaa, Finland. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online users. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving online platform issues. 3. Collaborating with other team members to improve online user experience. 4. Assisting with training and onboarding new users. 5. Maintaining and updating online support documentation. 6. Monitoring online feedback and addressing customer concerns promptly. 7. Providing regular reports on online support performance.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong adaptability and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Familiarity with online platforms and technical support tools. 7. Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
