Online Support Manager

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a part-time Online Support Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online support specialists, ensuring timely and professional response to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve the efficiency and quality of online support services. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Continuously evaluate and optimize online support tools and technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing online support teams. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Soft skills in adaptability and leadership. 7. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
