Job Description:
As an Online Support Representative at Inscripta, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online users. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive user experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Providing guidance and assistance to users regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and account management. 3. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall user experience and product offerings. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist users.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 2. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 3. Excellent analytical skills and strong time management abilities. 4. Basic understanding of technology and online platforms. 5. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. 6. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
