Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Cargotec is currently seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. The ideal candidate is dedicated, energetic, possesses strong emotional intelligence, and is skilled at problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our online platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Provide product demonstrations and tutorials to customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online support tools and CRM systems - Must be dedicated, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence
