Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Support Representative to join our team at Paulig in Turku, Finland. As an Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat, email, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our online services and products - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Communicate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and common issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong presentation and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and Finnish is required - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
