Online Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Support Representative to join our team at HappyOrNot in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues - Assisting customers with account setup, billing questions, and general inquiries - Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of support interactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new systems and software - Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
