Online Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Online Support Representative to join our team at Oura Ring in Tampere, Finland. As an entry-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to Oura Ring users through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Oura Ring product - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and requests - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools - Basic knowledge of wearable technology and health and wellness industry trends
