Online Support Specialist

Outokumpu, a leading stainless steel manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. We are looking for candidates who are independent and adaptable, with exceptional soft skills including emotional intelligence and adaptability.

As an Online Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers through online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media. You will troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of our products and services, as well as monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
