Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Kojamo, a leading real estate company in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for project management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the website - Monitor website traffic and report any issues or trends to the management team - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
