Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our online web chat platform, providing assistance and support as needed - Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members - Provide recommendations and solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences - Assist with online sales and promotions, guiding customers through the purchasing process - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the web chat platform - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers - Leadership skills to take charge of resolving customer issues and guiding the conversation - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
