Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and driven Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Loupedeck in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with order processing - Troubleshoot customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic - Driven and motivated to provide the best possible customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in using computer systems and online chat platforms
