Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are independent, motivated, adaptable, and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service tools - Independent and self-motivated with a positive attitude - Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs - Strong project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
