Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries - Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Provide guidance on product features, technical specifications, and troubleshooting steps - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service - Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers - Hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
