Remedy Entertainment, a leading game development company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and troubleshoot any technical issues they may be experiencing - Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold Remedy Entertainment's commitment to quality by delivering high-quality customer service at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Demonstrated strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of computer software and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
