Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills to handle customer issues and escalations appropriately. 4. Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues. 5.
