The Online Web Chat Specialist at Valmet will be responsible for providing online customer support through web chat services. This role will require effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. The Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and guiding customers through the online ordering process.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide technical assistance to customers navigating the company's website - Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate department - Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about company promotions and updates - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and able to work independently - Ability to think creatively and showcase innovation - Strong presentation skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
