Support Assistant

Loupedeck is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide frontline support to customers via email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns related to Loupedeck products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of support interactions. 5. Assist with product testing and quality assurance processes. 6. Contribute to the development of customer support resources and training materials. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools. 5. Strategic planning and negotiation skills. 6. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
