Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Assistant to join our team at Vaisala. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers remotely. This role will be based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland, but will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product usage. - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues as needed. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support cases. - Assist with product testing and quality assurance as needed. - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role. - Resilient and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Resourceful problem-solver with strong decision-making skills. - Excellent people management skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
