Support Assistant - Work from home

Swappie is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
