Job Description:

Nightingale Health is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-centric attitude in all interactions - Utilize company equipment to efficiently manage and track customer inquiries and resolutions - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and think critically - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude - Proficiency in using computer software and technology - High school diploma or equivalent
