Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Support Associate to join our team at Tamturbo in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Associate will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers and clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers and clients via email, phone, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist in the implementation and configuration of products and services. 4. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. 6. Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints. - Must be motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of technical support tools and software is a plus.
